National Anthem

I am giving the due respect to the national anthem. As per history , the song was written by Tagore for welcoming King George.
So really wondering why the Jana Gana Mana is our national anthem.
Is the history is correct, for whose victory we are singing this song??who is the adhinaayak in the song?Is king George is still considered as our "Bhaagya Vidhata"??!!

What about the great Saare Jahan Se Achchha and Vande Mataram by our great heroes Muhammad Iqbal and Bankimchandra Chatterjee??

Recent Judgment By Mumbai High Court That Builder Cannot Sell Open Or Stilt Parking Space

In a recent order (25TH APRIL 2008), the Mumbai High Court ruled that builders cannot sell parking spaces in the society premises. It has ruled that parking spaces,even stilt parking is a common amenity of the society and it cannot be sold by builders.
